The initial design proposal outlines the subsystems you want to include in your home in an easy-to-follow room by room format. After asking a variety of questions to ascertain your needs and performance expectations, we’ll advise you on the products and solutions that make the most sense for your lifestyle or business.

Sales –

Each system is different, and so is each home. Our helpful staff is here to help you find the right products and systems for your project that fit your lifestyle. We carefully listen to your wants and needs, while educating you on the smart home systems to bring your dream smart home to reality. Don’t settle for technology that you won’t love using day in and out, our sales team is here to help your vision come to life.

Implementation –

After the engineering plans are complete, it’s time for the installation to take place. We start with the initial system rough-in. Then our team will install all the equipment and components as agreed upon in the project scope. Our staff has multiple certifications needed to know the unique installation requirements for all our manufacturers. They follow the exact design approved by you or your team to deliver an intuitive and reliable system that matches your performance expectations.

Service –

We provide superior service every step of the way. When completing your project, the assigned project manager will provide a thorough show and tell. This intimately guides you as the homeowner how to use and enjoy the functioning systems. Our staff is always available to answer any questions you have, educate, and provide top tier support from the beginning of your project to the end and thereafter.
